recommend FHL300N1F2A field effect tube in the battery management system BMS replacement IPT020N10N5 model parameters to use!

Battery management system (BMS) can be divided into different types according to its application and function. Common BMS types: independent BMS, integrated BMS, advanced BMS, distributed BMS, centralized BMS, modular BMS, etc. Different BMS will have different applications. The only thing that is the same is that the battery management system (BMS) needs to use high-quality MOS tubes to control and protect battery equipment. At present, foreign relatively good IPT020N10N5 low-voltage MOS models are often used in battery management systems (BMS), so can we find a better replacement model in China? With doubt, today I share with FHL300N1F2A why the model parameters of this domestic low-voltage MOS tube can be used in the battery management system BMS for regular replacement IPT020N10N5.

Welding machine special IGBT single tube recommend, pure domestic IGBT product replacement model!

In the inverter welding machine, IGBT can convert the direct current of the inverter circuit into tens of khz alternating current. After the main transformer is stepped down, the smooth DC output welding current is obtained through rectification and filtering, thus greatly improving the function of the welding machine, reducing the external dimensions and weight, and greatly reducing the power loss. It is based on the above principle, so for domestic welding machine manufacturers, it is necessary to choose a high-quality IGBT in the welding machine circuit. So whether there is a welding machine special IGBT single tube recommend use it?
